Responsibilities:

Solution Development: Collaborate with diverse teams to formulate and execute efficient EAM solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices, utilizing SAP's on-premise and cloud-based offerings.

Project Oversight: Lead EAM initiatives and projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle to ensure top-tier results within client expectations, schedules, and budget parameters.

System Configuration: Oversee system configurations and provide support to our EAM team in customizing SAP to meet specific organizational needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Team Leadership: Guide and oversee a team of EAM consultants with varying levels of expertise, offering mentorship, training, and support to elevate their skills and contribute to project success.
Requirements:
- Possession of a bachelor's or master's degree, coupled with a minimum of 10 years of SAP project experience in asset management and maintenance.
- Proficiency in SAP PM, CS, linear asset management, and S/4HANA Service.
- Strong grasp of maintenance and service processes, as well as strategic asset management.
- Familiarity with QM, EH&S, MRS, Workforce Management, Logistics, or CRM is advantageous.
- Emphasis on collaboration and a customer-centric approach.
- Goal-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Fluency in either French or Dutch (native speaker) and professional-level proficiency in English.
