Job Description

A British brand with heritage stretching back over 100 years, has an immediate requirement for a Digital Services Manager to join them on site in London. The primary focus of the role is to deliver a slick, best-in-class, digital experience on all devices. You will also own all of the digital customer journeys and be responsible for spearheading a large-scale, mobile migration programme and app launch.

Once the migration has been completed and the app launched, the role will adapt to look at other service journeys and how these can be improved to become best-in-class for customers. It's all about bringing together your commercial awareness and customer insights to deliver innovative initiatives and marketing programmes for your customers. You'll need to have a good track record of analysing customer's needs and behaviours and turning them into sound recommendations.

The ideal candidate will be a real creative and live and breathe all things digital. You'll be commercially astute and proactive with outstanding leadership capabilities and real gravitas.

Key responsibilities include:

*Ownership of the functional design of our new mobile app: identification, ownership and design of customers journeys and associated business logic
*Support the migration of our mobile offering
*Impact assessment of changes from across the bank that may impact digital service
*Suggest innovative ways in which we can improve our digital service journeys for our customers
*Represent the voice of our mobile customers across Digital and the organisation
*Support digital service transformation, in turn improving the customer experience
*Act as a functional specialist in the area of digital service journeys
*Manage self (and team where appropriate) to ensure adherence to risk and compliance policies and relevant external regulatory frameworks.

Key skills include:

*Business analysis
*Experience in mobile - migration and app launch
*Transformation and migration delivery
*Customer change and strategy
*Strong analytical problem solving skills.
*Experience of running digital marketing campaigns
*Experience of agile projects and/or ways of work
