Digital User Experience Manager | Retail Banking | London

I'm partnering an outstanding banking organisation in central London, undergoing significant Digital Transformation, to find a Digital User Experience Manager. This a genuinely unique opportunity to work with a bank that's been a leading light in the UK for over 100 years and which is completely revolutionising the way they interact with customers, at a time when the entire banking landscape is transforming.

The core purpose of this role will be to deliver engaging online customer experiences. You'll be working as part of a close-knit team of UX specialists, who are responsible for all content distributed digitally via the public and secure websites and mobile app. If you are an intellectually curious, energetic, smart, and social person who has a passion for all things digital, who thrives in a fast moving, collaborative and non-hierarchical environment- then this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities include:
*Visualising the user journey from start to finish and articulate it through experience design
*Prioritize content, functions and features according to insight
*Create and develop clean, end-to-end user experiences that meet project goals and objectives
*Produce wireframes (including appropriate responsive states) and other prototypes
*Using customer journey data analysis to identify areas for improvement within existing customer journeys, produce recommendations and project manage implementation.
*Work with product and sales teams to identify key customer journeys that drive sales numbers and optimise those to increase conversion.
*Work with complaints teams to identify content improvements that could reduce complaints and remove customer pain points.
*Support product managers with regular updates to the website as product details (including rates) change regularly.
*Liaise with and influence key stakeholders including senior management, digital agency, product teams, legal, compliance and content management to gain buy-in to recommendations for change

Key Capabilities, Knowledge Areas & Personal Attributes
*Two or more years of user experience design experience
*Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills
*User centred design
*UI best practices and wire-framing experience
*Usability and Copywriting experience
*Search Engine Optimisation experience
*Site benchmarking and application process best practice
*Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
*Project Management, planning and control skills to ensure deadlines are hit
*Knowledge of internet and/or mobile banking Knowledge of key financial banking products
