Job Description

I'm partnering an outstanding banking organisation in central London, undergoing significant Digital Transformation, to find a Head of Digital Customer & User Experience. This a genuinely unique opportunity to work with a bank that's been a leading light in the UK for over 100 years and which is completely revolutionising the way they interact with customer, at time when the entire banking landscape is transforming.

The primary focus of your role will be to help deliver the launch of their slick, new, mobile banking app in 2017, including a large-scale migration to a new back-end platform. You'll also be responsible for spearheading the design and delivery of world class, online customer experiences for products and services across the bank's public (and secure) sites, as well as delivering hugely engaging customer experiences, driving sponsorship and deepening customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working as senior manager, director or "head of" in a similar role in an enterprise level, ideally banking, environment. You'll have real gravitas and be extremely comfortable working closely with, and influencing senior stakeholders, both internal and external (e.g. senior management, digital agency, product teams, legal, compliance and content).

Experience of working in a highly regulated environment is an absolute must, as is being able to evidence your experience of delivering an online brand through appropriate 'look and feel'; content, tools, calculators, marketing & campaign pages. You'll have equally strong experience of leading talented, high performing teams of Customer and User Experience, subject matter experts; challenging them to be creative, forward thinking and different in your mission to deepen customer engagement and enhance overall experience.
