Head of Digital Sales | Digital Transformation | London

I'm partnering an outstanding organisation in central London, undergoing significant Digital Transformation, to find a Head of Digital Sales. This a genuinely unique opportunity to work with an organisation that's been a leading light in the UK for over 100 years and which is completely revolutionising the way they interact with customers.

Digital Channels now represent more than 50% of the organisations sales with the trend expected to continue accelerating. This is an opportunity to develop and deliver against their challenging plans; whilst maintaining excellence in the Sales delivery channel and becoming a recognised leader in Digital sales and product design.

The core purpose of this role will be to achieve excellent sales performance within Digital. You'll be responsible for creating the Digital Distribution Strategy, which includes informing how they engage through digital media the different customer segments, whilst developing 3rd party relationships for the future distribution of products through the digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include;

*Lead delivery of sales across Digital
*Engaging on a daily basis with C-Suite Stakeholders and the Executive Board
*Lead the Digital Commerce team to deliver against sales expectations. Develop sales capability across Digital including sales processes, programmatic marketing, 3rd Party management
oManage of SEO of the banks public site assets
oManage internet banking and mobile banking prompts and other digital owned media
oManage aggregator campaigns, PPC, digital display and other digital paid media marketing
oManage web analytics and other MI on the performance of the digital channel
*Ensure that Internet sales processes are best in class and drive long term competitive advantage the bank
*Lead, manage and develop a direct team of 14 and a wider group of stakeholders of all levels of seniority across organisation to achieve overall sales and products goals.

Digital experience is essential, with an ability to lead high performing teams, rigorous sales management, product design and an analytical skillset. You must have significant experience and exposure to engaging with C-Suite or Board Level stakeholders on a regular basis.
