The Role

*You'll be a passionate advocate for the adoption of new tools, technologies and techniques and be responsible for driving innovation, whilst being able to understand the value and impacts
*You'll be expected to have strong experience of and detailed knowledge of Infrastructure Automation, current application development techniques (12 factor app) and their implications
*Ensuring that your team exceeds required quality standards, commitments and objectives.
*Spotting talent and high-performance and providing timely reward and recognition.
*Representing the Infrastructure department across all of Technology, globally

What you'll need to succeed

*Previous experience of working in a DevOps environment, building high performing teams to deliver Infrastructure automation at scale
*Flexibility and ability to plan and organise projects, products and priorities of high performing Systems Engineers & Designers across the above tech stack.
*A strong technical background, you'll have been an outstanding engineer and you're not afraid to contribute on any of all the following;
oContinuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
oLinux (Red Hat, CentOS, Debian & Ubuntu) and Windows
oVMWare (VMWare ESXi, vCenter, vROps)
oOpenstack (or similar; AWS, Rackspace, GoogleCloud)
oDesired State Configuration Tools
