Reporting directly to the CIO you will manage the critical functions of service desk, infrastructure operations management and reporting. In style you will be cool under pressure and well presented, a thinker rather than a doer with a strong project management, incident management and knowledge management abilities and experience.
As the ideal candidate your experience will be in the media / advertising sector and includes senior project management experience coupled with ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, Office 365 and financial systems knowledge.
