A British brand and multi-national organisation, with heritage stretching back over 200 years, has several, immediate requirements for Digital Product Managers, to join them on-site in London. Whilst the organisation has the number one, award winning mobile app in their market, their commitment to innovation is so powerful, that they are now dramatically increasing the breadth and depth of experience in their Digital Teams to ensure they stay ahead of the competition.
The primary focus of the role is to deliver a slick, best in class, digital experience on their mobile customers on all devices. You will also own all of the digital customer journeys and be responsible for spearheading a large-scale, mobile migration programme and app launch.
The ideal candidates will have a blend of the following skills & experience:
*Strong commercial acumen & experience of commercial optimisation; the ability to further monetise the suite of applications and increase revenues using a range of digital tools and techniques
*Strong experience of Agile / Scrum and a responsive, flexible and dexterous approach to developing Products. Experience of Use Case and User Stories is a must,
*You'll be a passionate creative or a highly skilled technologist - this client is looking to build teams with real strength and richness in diversity
*Experience of working in a digital commerce environment - including using customer segmentation techniques, applying emerging technologies and an understanding of value based marketing principles
*A deep understanding human centred design, designing customer centric solutions and the ability to spot and predict future trends
*Strong project and people leadership capabilities, influencing skills and real gravitas.
The key responsibilities of your role will be to:
*Develop a deep understanding of our digital experience to review and challenge existing processes as well as developing innovative solutions that always put our customers first.
*Lead the digital operation plan to ensure all targets and KPIs are met.
*Use your expertise to guide and advise your colleagues across the Customer Network, supporting us to better understand and deliver for our customers.
