Job Description

We're partnering with leading Retail bank on an immediate requirement for a Regulatory Change Programme Manager to join them on-site in London (some UK Travel required). The key focus of the Regulatory Change Programme Manager's role will be to shape, lead and deliver a Regulatory Programme to achieve compliance with new regulatory capital calculations within their Commercial Banking Division.

You'll work as part of a team which leads the bank in financial and capital markets regulations, notably EMIR, Dodd-Frank and MiFID II. The team also manages the divisional impact of a wide variety of programmes, including FATCA, PRIIPS, Mortgage Credit Directive and Faster Payments.

You'll be joining a 3-year initiative to deliver the right solutions to these Regulatory challenges for the bank and for their clients' businesses. It's imperative you respond creatively and are comfortable with the intellectual challenge of dealing with complex and continually changing layers of regulations. You must, therefore, be a capable change professional who can lead regulatory projects and programmes across the Commercial Banking operating model - from Financial Markets to Transaction Banking.

Key skills for the Regulatory Change Programme Manager;

*Experience of delivering Prudential Regulatory change is highly desirable; otherwise experience of Regulatory Change Project & Programmes within Capital markets or Commercial banking

*Retail Banking Experience is a must
*An awareness of commercial banking products and services, especially in financial and capital markets, would be preferable.
*Experience of Agile or Scrum is a must
*A proven background in managing change, with a track record of designing, planning and delivering practical solutions.
*Experience implementing governance, Controls and Frameworks
