Senior IT Project Manager | Retail | London | up to £600 Per Day

Senior Project Manager required to lead an exciting OMS project for a global brand name in the retail space. At present the functional design has been completed, next stage is the detailed tech design then mobilising the development teams. The main responsibilities will be managing the 3rd party and the client, making sure they are delivering against spec, on time and on budget, looking at how this will affect supply chain etc, bridging between IT and Business, managing stakeholders at all levels etc. It is imperative that the Senior IT Project manager has extensive experience in the Retail. The Senior Project Manager will manage their Project from brief to delivery and ensure that the Project is delivered on time and on budget.

Job Description for the Senior Project Manager-

As the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for planning and delivering the successful project within the IT portfolio. You will be the client facing lead on the projects and responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Project documentation. This will include but not limited to budgets, schedules and SOW's. You will have a proven skills matrix-managing teams, delivering change, offering creative solutions and meeting challenging deadlines. Prioritisation skills are essential as is the ability to work under pressure. Demonstrate the impact of change and facilitate user acceptance testing of systems changes and support I.T projects through to successful delivery.

Experience required for the Senior Project Manager

* Demonstrable experience of running enterprise, omni-channel IT projects
* Strong understanding of OMS and bespoke systems
* Soft skills are vital in the role, dealing with a variety of stakeholders is of the utmost importance.
* Managing Projects from of £3 Million
* Possess excellent planning and organisation skills
* Have effective problem solving and analytical skills
* Possess excellent communication skills, with significant experience
working across complex organisational structures
