As part of the newly formed PMO, The Senior Project Manager will lead and deliver business applications which support transformation and global growth. A solid technical background coupled with exceptional Stakeholder management will be a key feature in this role, as is working in a matrix environment utilising resource both across IT and Business. The Project Manager must be adaptable and flexible (Remember this is a transformation and what is now, may not be, what is later), someone who can manage and calculate, but is not afraid to take a risks. Stay calm under pressure and ultimately lead both the IT and Business through change.

What You Need To Have

*Experience managing business application projects including on and off-shore resources
*Knowledge of PM frameworks
*Experience in EPR and CRM and Cloud (SAP and Salesforce, SAP Hybris)
*Experience of vendor selection, from experience of workshop management, data migration and testing processes as part of an implementation
*Experience of working in IT for a wholesale and/or Retail business (preferable)
*Experience of delivering projects that deliver commercial benefit to the business, balancing both value and cost
*Ability to translate technical features into business benefits
*Ability to influence and engage with a range of senior leaders across the business, securing and sustaining their sponsorship for the project
*An understanding of the concept of Change Management and the ability to apply the principles to support project delivery
