Job Description

IT Manager sought for this newly created role to manage the IT Service Operations for this award winning, digital marketing organisation in London's lively West End. This challenging role represents a terrific opportunity to develop both the parameters of this role and your career.

Reporting directly to the CIO you will manage the critical functions of service desk, infrastructure operations management and reporting. In style you will be cool under pressure and well presented, a thinker rather than a doer with a strong project management, incident management and knowledge management abilities and experience.

As the ideal candidate your experience includes senior project management experience coupled with ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, Office 365 and financial systems knowledge.
