Job Description

Service Delivery Manager, ITIL, infrastructure and applications sought for this fantastic opportunity to develop a strategic focus within an ITIL framework and implement subsequent changes within the team.

You will become an integral part of a major IT strategy programme, comprising a complete re-write of the current scheme, to make the Service Desk more efficient. Liaising with key stakeholders you will create the underlying processes. Mentoring a team of 5 geographically spread Engineers, you will take the current knowledge base, tailor processes and implement the new strategy.

Skills required:
*Incident / Problem / Change Management experience
*ITIL, Foundation, ITILLSS, ITILLSD, ITILLST, ITILLSO, ITILLCSI, Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, Continual, Service Improvement
*Microsoft stack knowledge (ideally with Microsoft System Centre Service Manager 2012, SCSM)
