I'm partnering an outstanding banking organisation in London who are undergoing a major digital transformation and require a User Experience Analyst to help in their quest for digital banking excellence. They have been investing heavily in digital, having recognised that this should be their core area of growth with more and more customers going online whether it be via mobile, tablet or laptop.
The role of the User Experience Analyst will be to assist in the delivery of engaging customer experiences in order to strengthen relationships, improve overall customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role would be a perfect fit for someone who has a passion for UX and keeping the customer at the heart of everything they do.
They have committed to a material investment in digital, recognising that digital should become the core growth engine of the bank. To support this growth, we are planning to double the size of our digital team in order to deliver a differentiated digital experience. We need people who are excited about being part of this challenge.
The core responsibilities of this role will be to use customer journey data to identify areas for improvement, producing recommendations and manage implementation. You will work with product and sales teams to identify key customer journeys that drive sales numbers and optimise those to increase conversion. Similarly, working with the complaints teams to identify content improvements from an end user perspective.
To be considered for this role you will need to have prior experience of:
-Usability and copywriting
-User centred design
-Web content guidelines
This opportunity will have you working in a progressive and collaborative environment with a basic salary of £27,000-£37,000 plus bonus and some great additional benefits.
