Key Words: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Server, Microsoft Desktop operating systems (Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1 / 10), Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 & SQL, Mac Hardware & Software

A global, market leader has 3x immediate requirements for VIP Senior IT Helpdesk Support Analysts to join them on-site in Welwyn. The core purpose of the VIP IT Hepldesk Analyst Lead job is to support the C-Suite & Executive Team on all 1st and 2nd line IT Support needs. You'll work as part of a close-knit team who work in an on-site "walk-in" support centre.

Whilst this is a technical role the VIP IT Hepldesk Analyst Lead will have a huge focus on delivering excellent customer service to Senior Leaders in the business. Successful candidates will have strong, previous experience of working in a face to face support environment, ideally previously supporting VIP / C-Suite / Senior Executives.

*Microsoft Desktop operating systems (Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1 / 10)
*Microsoft Server operating systems (Windows Server 2008 / 2008 R2 / 2012 / 2012 R2 / 2016)
*Strong knowledge of Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari
*MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint - and the ability to install and configure these packages
*Microsoft Server products including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 & SQL
*Experience of setting up users on domains, printer setups, hardware builds / installations and upgrades
*An ability to effectively prioritise work load and execute tasks under pressure
*Excellent customer service skills preferably developed working in an IT service oriented environment
