This programme is directed towards experienced recruitment consultants who are looking to enhance their client & candidate management skill-sets and are developing towards a managerial or principal consultant career path.
This programme is focused on the high-potential consultants who are making the transition into management of individuals or teams and will concentrate on their employee’s performance and engagement in the workplace.
This will be team-specific, as each team has its own technology, but will be covering the fundamentals of recruitment (perm/contract recruitment practices, candidate management, client management, communication management). They will also be covering the key techniques of recruitment.
Again, this will be provided within teams but will be covering training on our CRM system (Bullhorn) as well as research tools, job boards, social networking websites. Many of these are team-specific.
These will focus on a key topic and will be covered in several aspects. The workshops will include a combination of: theory, brainstorming, gamification, SME presentations and simulations.
All are relevant to the key topic of the workshop. The workshops are not lectures and everyone sharing their experiences helps enrich the learning – it is a group effort! The Kolb learning cycle is a key component of the workshops.
These will apply the learning from the workshops. These can be combinations of researching markets, contacting & qualifying candidates, learning interview management, negotiating, and closing & aftercare. On-desk in-the-moment feedback and mentoring will happen throughout these at-desk activities.
This is demand-led and is intended to focus on a particular development area of the employee. Coaching sessions will uncover the area of desired change as well as how that impacts the individuals and the business goals. We will also look at the current realities and the options to consider before setting out an action plan. From there, the coach and employee will agree on the way forward and the review check-ups for the action plan. Coaching will use a version of the I-GROW Model.
