Nayim joined Parallel in January 2021 with 7 years’ experience working in the recruitment industry. At Parallel, he recruits across Sweden and focuses on the Tech and Product Design markets.
Since joining, he has been promoted to a Principal consultant and has established many key accounts in Sweden that the whole business benefits from.
As a recruiter, he is consultative and works very transparently. He maintains constant communication and is always striving to get the best outcome for his candidates and clients.
