Thorough Screening

Thorough Screening

Thorough conversation with the employer where we discuss the requirements, budget, urgency, timelines etc. and mutually agree a process.

Long List

Long List

We then create a long list/market map of all candidates that meet the criteria. Typically a list of ~60-85 candidates.

Short List

Short List

We start headhunting and speaking to those candidates from the long list. We qualify out candidates that do not meet the criteria and/or interpersonal skills.



We typically end-up with a pool of 3-5 suitable candidates.
