SAP Service Delivery Manager - Brussels

As a Delivery Manager SAP, you'll take charge of overseeing all SAP projects and services for our client. Your responsibilities encompass project and service delivery, team management, and client relations. Your role will involve a combination of Project Management and Service Delivery Management responsibilities.
- Overall engagement responsibility for budget management, customer satisfaction, contractual compliance, service continuity, team motivation, and ensuring qualitative and timely delivery.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the customer.
- Providing consolidated management reporting to both the Customer and our organization on service performance and project progress.
- Playing a pivotal role in additional sales activities in collaboration with Sales & Delivery Management.
- Managing budget aspects and reporting, with a focus on driving overall margin improvement.
- Overseeing the delivery of services and agreed deliverables in all aspects, including specification, estimation, planning, control, acceptance, and SLA compliance for the covered applications.
- Managing projects to ensure they are delivered within budget, on time, and surpass customer expectations.
- Implementing and monitoring all agreed-upon procedures and processes.
- Driving continuous improvement in projects and services.
- Evaluating engagement risks, identifying, and executing risk mitigation actions.
- Aligning with engagement prioritization, and resource allocation for projects and service activities.
Knowledge & Experience:
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in Project Management or Service Delivery.
- A minimum of 3-5 years in SAP projects or SAP-related services.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Structured approach for delivering contractual service levels.
- Strong organizational skills for planning and delivery.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality.
- Proactive nature to detect and mitigate risks.
- Language proficiency: Mastery of Dutch and/or French, along with English.
