Shopware Developer

• Your main task is to implement our e-commerce applications for a dynamic, individual and future-oriented web shop (through state-of-the-art solutions)
• Here you work closely with the Shopware developers from other teams and ensure the further development of the backend for all teams through common standards
• Database design and optimization of databases based on MySQL/MariaDB are an important part of your ability to develop a high-performance web shop in the long term
• You will also take over the existing backend applications with the other Shopware developers and continually develop them further through optimizations or new functions and modules (e.g. Shopware plugins).
• Through continuous improvements, you will ensure a scalable and high-performance shop that our customers love

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• You already have a successfully completed degree in computer science or comparable training
• You have in-depth experience (approx. 3-5 years) with PHP, the Symfony Framework and Shopware 6
• Are you a team player? Then you like to work in cross-functional teams and remotely as well as onsite
• Your hobby is writing well-structured, efficient, secure and maintainable source code and you can guide developers
• (Unit) tests are not a burden for you! You see this as an opportunity to write your code even better
• Your strength also lies in analyzing regular service performance data and taking appropriate measures to reduce loading times
• Your analytical skills are characterized by solution-oriented approaches
• You also have experience with agile working, with headless infrastructures and enjoy working on the development, design and integration of APIs (e.g. REST, GraphQL).
• Finally, you communicate in English and German in an appreciative and goal-oriented manner
